Manuscript Preparation
Originality and Scope: Ensure your manuscript presents original research that aligns with the journal's scope.
Manuscript Structure: Adhere to the standard structure, including a clear title page, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, references, and supplementary materials1 (if applicable).
1. Title Page
o Include the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, running title, and corresponding author contact details.
o Provide 3-8 key words.
2. Abstract
o Limit the abstract t250 words, written in complete sentences, summarizing the study's factual information.
3. Abbreviations
o Define all abbreviations used, adhering to the standards provided by “A Guide for Biological and Medical Editors and Authors.”
4. Introduction
o Present the study's background and significance to engage the reader.
5. Materials and Methods
o Detail the study's design, materials, and methodologies employed.
6. Results/Observations
o Clearly outline the findings of the study with supporting figures and tables as necessary.
7. Discussion
o Interpret the results, highlight their significance, and compare them with existing literature.
8. Acknowledgments
o Acknowledge all contributions and funding sources.
9. References
o List all references cited in the text, following the APA style. References must be numbered in the order of citation in the manuscript.
10. Tables and Figures
o Submit tables as separate documents with appropriate titles. Figures should be high-quality images with legends, not exceeding 16.5 x 22.0 cm.
Fees and Charges
Upon acceptance, Article Processing Charges (APCs) apply to cover processing costs. The submitting author is responsible for these fees, which are non-refundable once paid.
Galley Proofs
Galley proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for review and must be returned within 48 hours.
Reprints
Authors may order reprints at their own expense when returning the galley proofs. A Reprint Order Form will be included with the proofs.
